Every DR.WATCH purchase includes a 1-year warranty covering:
- ✅ Movement failure (stops, runs erratically, won’t wind)
- ✅ Crown/stem issues (won’t screw down, breaks, strips)
- ✅ Bracelet defects (clasp failure, link separation, spring bar failure)
- ✅ Crystal defects (delamination, AR coating peeling, factory cracks)
- ✅ Water ingress (if crown was properly screwed down)
- ✅ Bezel defects (insert loosening, click mechanism failure)
NOT covered: accidental damage (drops, impacts), cosmetic wear (scratches, strap wear), battery (for quartz models), or modifications by third-party watchmakers.
15-Day Return Policy
- ✅ Full refund on unworn watches returned within 15 days of delivery
- ✅ Watch must be in original condition with all packaging
- ✅ Return shipping paid by customer (we provide return label)
- ✅ Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving return
How to Claim

- Include photos/video of the defect
- We respond within 24 hours with a resolution (repair instructions, replacement, or refund)
